Luxury Meets Adventure in the 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country

It's not too difficult to find a car that can handle snow-covered New Jersey winters, gravelly backroads, and poorly-maintained trails up to the ski lodge. There are plenty of options for those seeking an all-wheel drive vehicle.

What is difficult is finding a vehicle with all-weather capability that also meets your standards for comfort and class.

The 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country offers the same level of elegance, style, and premium appointments as the rest of Volvo's flagship 90 series, but with the addition of rugged all-road performance.

All-New Volvo S90 Stakes Leadership Claim in Luxury Sedan Category, Says Men's Journal

The all-new Volvo S90 is quietly confident, both in driving experience and appearance, says Men's Journal in a new review. From the concave scalloped grill to the long, sloping hood and low roofline, the S90 has a sense of brawny but laid-back poise. The interior shows a similar focus; the uncluttered cabin centers around a nine-inch-tall portrait-oriented touchscreen, held in place by a band of aluminum and flanked by wide expanses of open-pore walnut.

Ready or not (and truly the results are mixed), it seems that autonomous cars are the way of the future. Yesterday was the 57th Birthday of theVolvo-Designed Three-Point Safety Belt

Volvo is known worldwide as a safety-focused car company, and that’s evidenced by its goal of having no person killed or seriously injured in any new Volvo models by the year 2020. As we look forward to a safer future, here at Paul’s Volvo, we wanted to hark back to a time when the three-point seatbelt was just being refined and perfected, to July 10th, 1962, when Volvo engineer Nils Bohlin received a U.S. Patent for his three-point seatbelt design.
